Takai Seiki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "TKI") believe that TKI is socially responsible for managing and protecting personal information of TKI's client and customer, (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") and shall handle Personal Information based upon the following policy, in order to sustain social credibility. 1. COMPLIANCE AND IMPROVEMENT TKI shall give the board members and employees awareness of the importance of Personal Information protection, and shall perform, maintain and continuously improve the compliance system for appropriate protection of Personal Information. 2. COLLECTION, USE AND PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION TKI shall establish internal management system in order to protect Personal Information according to actual conditions, and also shall comply with laws and regulations that govern the collection, use and providing of Personal Information and handle it properly. 3. SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION In order to ensure correctness and safety of Personal Information, TKI shall take reasonable safety measures, and work for prevention of illegal access to Personal Information, leak, loss, destruction and falsification of Personal Information. 4. COMPLIANCE TKI shall comply with laws, regulations and other standards related to Personal Information. In addition, TKI shall ensure that its internal management system for Personal Information is in compliance with these laws, regulations and other standards. |
| HANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION |

The purpose of this statement is to determine the procedure of handling Personal Information which is collected and used by Takai Seiki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "TKI".)
1. PURPOSE OF UTILIZATION TKI shall utilize Personal Information within the scope of purposes mentioned below, except in case with prior consent of client, in addition to specify the purpose of utilization of Personal Information as much as possible, or except in case admitted as a special case by Act on the Protection of Personal Information or any other laws and regulations. (1) For business communication. (2) Contract performance with TKI's clients. (3) Information regarding TKI products/ service. (4) Information regarding seminars and exhibitions sponsored by TKI. (5) Request of Client Satisfaction level questionaire and surveys. (6) Inquiries and requests from clients. (7) Stockholders management. (8) Employment. (9) Other purposes with prior consent. |

2. UTILIZATION OTHER THAN ABOVE MENTIONED 1. When TKI needs to utilize Personal Information, other than the purposes of utilization specified in the above mentioned 1, TKI shall obtain client's consent, except as provided in Act on the Protection of Personal Information or any other laws and regulations. |

3. PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTY TKI shall not provide nor disclose any Personal Information collected except in cases mentioned above. |
